easy weight loss recipe: 







make a smoothie with the following:
1. 1 cup almond milk (alt with curd, whole milk)-high in protein and calcium
2. 1 banana (if small-use 2) high in pottassium, a good laxative)
3. 1 cup any fruits (mango, pine apple, apple, berries, peaches, ) high in minerals, and a good antioxidant
4. 1 tsp honey (diuretic, antimetabolite, appetite suppressant)
5. 1 cardamom pod or clove

add nuts and dried fruits to make it thicker if u like
no sugar added
drink 1 cup of this and it will fill u up for upto 3 hours.
very convenient during driving, a busy work day and if u r running late to work !!
